We reserve the right to refuse service to :
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
Rude, mean, or disrespectful people. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your service we will be more than happy to fix it for you or make the correction necessary to exceed the expectations of your original service. NO REFUND is given after it has been rendered.
Special Considerations:
Diabetes clients - Please inform our technicians we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
Children - We love to do children’s nails! However unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 10 who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe or leave them at home
Cell phones
Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibrate and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call.
Acrylic nail fix
We will fix acrylic nails under our guarantee policy within three days of your original services. If you lose, chip, or experience lifting (excluding breakages or changing the polish or nail shapes), please call us to schedule a free repair-we will gladly fix it for you. If you got them done at another salon you will be subject to pay for the nail fix. Remember nails are artwork, not tools; they will look beautiful for weeks after service.
Gel polish & dip powder
Gel manicures and dip powders are both long-lasting services that we guarantee for seven days. If your gel manicure or dip powder chips within seven days (excluding gel polish changes), please let us know right away so that we can fix it for you free of charge. Traditional (regular) polish services are not guaranteed.
Punctuality
Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late for an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late we can not guarantee completion of the service booked, but we’ll always make every effort to do so.
Personal items
We are not responsible for your lost or damaged cell phone or personal belongings. Please be extra careful when handing polish.
Payment methods
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, gift cards, and Apple Pay as a tender for all services and products. We also accept the payment such as processing credit cards over the phone. We will not accept checks.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not refundable, but they are transferable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or unauthorized card use. Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
Gratuities
Tips will be appreciated. Your manicurist will receive her full tip no matter what your payment method is. Tips are not pooled (except for parties), nor are any service fees subtracted from them.
Refunds
SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on¬site manager know of any concerns. We’re here to help and appreciate your understanding.
